John Wilson is co-founder of GoffWilson, P.A., a global immigration law firm. For the last four years, Wilson has been selected as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" under the immigration law category published by Woodward-White. He is Commercial Consul to France for the State of New Hampshire, a member of the Global Panel of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serves as an advisor to the Legal Affairs Task Force for the American Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France.
Wilson is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, as well as the New Hampshire Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the NH Supreme Court and the Federal District Court. His full-service practice advises employers, employees, families and individuals alike. He represents businesses in various industry sectors in relation to immigration issues, and provides I-9 compliance consulting services.
Wilson is a frequent writer and lecturer on immigration law in front of the national and area Human Resources Associations, and various business groups including the NH Business and Industry Association and the French-American Chamber of Commerce in Boston, MA. His articles have appeared in the International Human Resources Journal, Advance Magazine, Healthcare Review, RX Insider, Le Courrier, Immigration Law Today, and NH High Tech News. Wilson obtained his J.D. in 1982.
